TERMS & CONDITIONS  

• Return items unwashed, some of our items are delicate so we can handle that side meaning you don't need to
• Please return items to ‘The collective 2.0’ this can be done either in person or via Careem box, full address will be shared privately
• We ask that items are returned on time, late returns will be charged at the usual daily rate of the garment
• Please DO NOT instruct drivers to leave outside the door, if there is no one there to receive the items, we’ll inform, and request image proof of the item drop
• Any damages or lost items are the responsibly of the borrower
• Items which require a repair shall be mutually discussed and billed at local tailor cost
• If an item is returned beyond repair, the full cost of the garment is required from the borrower (please enquire if you'd like to know the RRP of an item prior to borrowing)
• A delivery fee is added to the charge of the borrow; this is inclusive of the emirate of Dubai only
